What is a Mesotherapy Facial?

Before  and after mesotherapy around the eye area

Pioneered by the French Physician Dr Michel Pistor in 1952, Mesotherapy is a non-surgical, relatively painless injection procedure that is used worldwide to treat a broad range of conditions.

This medical specialty specifically targets areas with microinjections of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, conventional medications and homeopathic preparations. These micro injections are delivered directly into the mesoderm to promote the body’s circulatory, lymphatic and immune systems to create a biological response and reverse abnormal physiology.

Mesotherapy can instantly improve dull, tired looking skin and superficial wrinkles but can also help to improve sluggish blood circulation, aiding the body to flush out ageing toxins. This treatment can also be used to address hyperpigmentation, treat acne and ‘lit-from-within’ skin glow.

Mesotherapy vitamin cocktails  can stimulate the fibroblast cell in the skin to produce more collagen to combat the signs of ageing. Amongst the list of skin-friendly plant ingredients injected are vitamins, growth factors, Hyaluronic acid, peptides, antioxidants and trace elements that provide the ideal environment for healthy skin that copes with the ageing process better.

A typical mesotherapy cocktail might generally contain over active 50 ingredients to nourish, repair and rejuvenate skin.

This is an excellent treatment that provides the most beautiful glow to the skin aswell as targeting conditions such as acne to name a few. As you can see in the picture below of a previous session that I done, it can have fantastic results for smoothing fine lines and wrinkles even after 1 session (a course of 4 is highly recommended)

This is a must have treatment for overall skin rejuvenation and especially great to get done on the run up to a big event.

If you have any questions regarding this treatment, feel free to get in touch.
