SS18 STYLE: From Runway to Wardrobe

Hi Showstoppers!

Erm, Remember me?

I know I've been a little bit extremely quiet for the past few months with the blog posts. Apologies for that. To say It's all been a bit hectic would be an understatement with relocating from a city back to my home town, along with losing most of my belongings in transit and to say I've been underenthused by the whole thing would be an even bigger understatement!

I have spent the past few years training and working in a  number of different fashion/beauty focused roles including Editorial and TV styling and thought it was time to get back home and get stuck into my small business and normal life again, and I'm very glad to be back to normality! :)

Now, even though in my part of the globe it would currently freeze the baps off you with this cold snap thanks to "The Beast from the East" over the past weekend, that doesn't hide the fact that all the shops are now stocking their SS18 clothing lines.

I've saw soooo many gorgeous pieces from browsing around the high street lately and I really hope the summer weather is good to us this year so I can actually wear them!

If you haven't noticed already, there's a strong focus on retro 80's and 90's styles this season.
Expect to see lot's of wet look skirts, puff sleeve tops, loud prints, florals, pastels and a tonne of  Clueless style Checks and Plaid- Duh!

I've been flicking through magazine coverage of the latest fashion shows and have spotted some really good style steals from the high street that you need to know about!

  • Animal/Scarf print

Some people love this while others hate it but if you aren't a fan, then that's just too bad because you're going to see ALOT of this particular print in Summer 2018. Alot. Prepare yourself.
