Paese Cosmetics Mini Haul

I'm always topping up my pro makeup kit but also grabbing some bits and pieces for myself too and I took a trip to the Paese Pro Kiosk in the Ilac Centre, Dublin for a colour match and to get a few things for my kit.

I first discovered Paese while teaching a makeup course last year as all the students seemed to be loving the products.

I started to demo with them during class and could immediately see why.

The quality is fantastic and the prices are even better!

Paese Cosmetics is a Polish brand which is inspired by nature when it comes to product ingredients, which is a huge bonus for me personally.
I am all about the more natural approach when it comes to product formulations so that automatically got a big thumbs up from me.

The more products I played about with during classes, the more I fell in love with it all!

I had to get my hands on it.

I was delighted to hear they were soon to open a Pro counter here in Dublin which is currently the only store in the country and I just had to take a trip in as soon as it opened!

The good news for professional makeup artists is that they offer pro discount so be sure to visit the girls and apply for your artists card! :)

I have a list the length of my arm to buy after my next pay cheque, EVRYTHING is just so so nice.

There is a very impressive range of shades, textures, and finishes in the product range and the foundations are all focused on helping a range of different skin types.

If you have Dry, Oily, Sensitive, Mature or even Dehydrated skin, Paese have you covered, which I LOVE!

As an artist, I need a good quality mix of foundations in my kit to use on clients. One just doesnt suit everyone so this is a breath of fresh air that they have taken the time to carefully think out a decent selection!

The foundation that I am currently wearing myself is their collagen foundation. This was recommended to me by the girls at the kiosk because it is super moisturising and nurturing to the skin while providing buildable coverage but feeling extremely light on the skin.

I never wear anything that feels to heavy. I just cant stand the feel of it on my skin personally. I like medium to full coverage but with a lightweight feel so this is just perfect for me!

I'm using the shade Porcelain and when I was getting colour matched, we noticed that this was an EXACT match to my natural skin tone, which never happens me, ever and I have tried many many brands over the years, some of which I still love but just have never got such a close, precise shade match before.

It literally disappears into my skin so when I'm wearing it, it provides the coverage i'm after but literally just looks like my skin- YAY!

I will be adding more of their foundations to my kit shortly and I will do a swatch and description of those for you later! :)

I also bought one the Silky Matte liquid lippies in a vampy burgundy/plum shade and very single time I wear it, people compliment it- no joke. All of those are stunning, so comfortable on the lips and bang on trend with the matte effect.

Last but not least, I also grabbed one of my fav setting powders, Rice powder to set foundation but also prime the skin in some cases. It's such a multi functional little pot!
